We will do our best to ensure you receive constructive and helpful feedback. In some cases this may not be possible due to the number of applications and requests we receive.

The James Paget University Hospitals Corporate Induction program is designed to support you as you begin your time here with us. It contains important topics which are mandatory in order for you and our patients to be safe.
In order to streamline your Induction process, we have recently introduced a new eLearning platform, which will enable you to complete your mandatory training online before you attend Induction. This can be completed by visiting: http://portal.e-lfh.org.uk/. Please see the below file called “How to guide for eLfH stat and mand modules .pdf” for assistance in completing your modules.
On completion of your eLearning, please save and print off your certificates to show which assessments you have passed. Please email your certificates to email@example.com and bring the printed certificate with you to Corporate Induction.
However, if preferred, we have uploaded our Workbooks (which is an information booklet on the topic) and Question Sheet (which are the questions to answer based on the topic) below for you to print and complete, which are to be returned to the Corporate Training Department, prior to your arrival with us.
If you foresee any problems with either your eLearning, or Workbooks, please contact the Corporate Training Department on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01493-452127
