- The Trust’s Publication Scheme is represented by this page and is a complete guide to the information which is routinely published by the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH).
- Under section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act, the Trust has a legal duty to adopt and maintain a publication scheme.
- It sets out our commitment to making specific information available for the public to access. We follow both the Model publication scheme and Health Sector Definition document provided by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) to help us to ensure that the correct information is being provided. Most of this information is already published on our website but further requests can be made by contacting foi@jpaget.nhs.uk.
- The information is provided in the categories below. Material which is published on our website is provided free of charge however there may be charges for hard copies.
- We shall review the scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating. It is important to us that the scheme meets your needs; it is designed to increase transparency of what we do, what we spend, our priorities, decisions and policies.
