Experience:

I trained at Cambridge medical school from 1992-1997, and came to Great Yarmouth for my first post.  Following a spell as a trainee in general practice I moved back to hospital medicine, developing my interests in rehabilitation and multidisciplinary working.  I have worked in Stroke Medicine at JPUH since 2003, taking up the post of locum consultant and Clinical Lead for Stroke in 2012. 

I am passionate about improving services through team working and organisational change.  This has included leading the development of daily TIA clinics, a new Stroke Early Supported Discharge team, and streamlining the hyper acute stroke pathway.
