Josip Stosic
Specialities:
- Acute General Internal Medicine
- Critical Care Medicine
- Emergency Ultrasound
- Upper GI endoscopy
- Medical Education
Experience:
I trained at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine where I also completed a year of clinical research on aspects of critical care endocrinology. After concluding my core medical training in London, I settled in East Anglia. My Acute Medicine training saw me working at JPUH and NNUH in a variety of specialist trainee roles. In the later years of my specialist training, I elected to expand my speciality repertoire and undergo training in critical care medicine leading to dual accreditation in acute and critical care medicine.
I returned to JPUH after becoming a consultant as this institution persistently and indiscriminately fosters the shared ethos of seamless patient pathways through levels of clinical dependency, which are free of the interdisciplinary barriers.
