After qualifying in Goa (India), I trained as a surgeon both in India & then in the UK. I started my UK training at the James Paget University Hospital, and then completed my specialist training across London & the East of England, coming full circle to take up a consultant position back at the James Paget University Hospital. In addition to General Surgery and Emergency Surgery, my specialist expertise includes Upper Gastrointestinal, Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery.
