Patient Information leaflets are available for most of the medicines that are prescribed for IBD.

These are usually given to patients at an education/ consent appointment when starting a new medication.

A Mesalazine of somekind (there are various brands & trade names such as Mezavant, Octasa, Asacol and Pentasa to name but a few).
