Our Maternity Team at JPUH are here to support hypnobirth with many of our midwives having received teacher training from Hypnobirth Midwives UK.

We haven’t been able to offer our usual face to face classes since March but this online class from Hypnobirth Midwives UK is a great place to start if you would like to learn more about using breathing and relaxation to help make your birthing experience a positive one.
