Meet the Uro-Oncology Nursing team

The Uro-Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team are group of nurses with specialist skills knowledge and experience in urological cancer care.

They provide specialist support and information to patients and their family throughout their cancer pathway. 


Siji Blinto - Uro-Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist

Siji supports and manages both the Oncology and Non-Oncology Nursing Team staff at the James Paget. She has a special interest in Prostate Cancer and with her clinical knowledge and many years of experience in nursing she continues to support the Urology team and her group of patients effectively.

Siji is an enthusiastic and eager professional who would like to make a difference in patients journey by providing them with enough information and offering suitable support.


Jincy Bilgy - Uro-Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist

Jincy completed her nursing studies in India and has been nursing for 24 years. She was one of the first nurses to come to Gorleston from South India 18 years ago to work at the James Paget.

Jincy was the first one to choose nursing in her family and was inspired to become a nurse by her older brother, Sojan who sadly passed away two years ago with coronavirus in India.

She says; “I believe his legacy lives on through my work caring for cancer patients and their loved ones. I have a wonderful team who want to make the difference to our patients and we really work as a team. No two days are the same but that’s what keeps the job exciting and rewarding.

“I feel that I’m making a difference by supporting patients in a crucial and difficult time of their life.”
