Have your say!

03 March 2017

Delivering quality services to patients, carers and the public is the overriding ambition of all that we do at

the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In order to achieve this goal, it is vital that we

engage with our stakeholders when agreeing our intentions for the future.

We are currently developing our Quality Strategy which will steer our direction for the next four years, focusing on the following three

domains:

(1) Patient Safety (how we keep our patients safe from harm such as falls and pressure ulcers)

(2) Clinical Effectiveness (the standards of care we provide our patients)

(3) Patient and Staff Experience (what the process of giving and receiving care feels like for the patient,

their family and carers and our staff members)

As part of this process; we would like to gain your views to help inform our decisions regarding what our

priorities should be when developing our strategy. Your feedback will also help to contribute to the

development of our annual Quality Report.
