Help us set Quality Report priorities

26 January 2018

Ensuring the delivery of a quality service to patients, carers and the public is at the heart of what we do.

Each year, we publish a Quality Report; a stand-alone document, which forms part of the annual report and accounts that are presented at our public Annual Members’ Meeting in September.

There are many things that we have to include, in line with national guidance, but the priorities we set on quality need to reflect how we keep our patients safe, the standard of care we provide for our patients and patient experience.

As we start to prepare our next report on what our key priorities for quality should be, we would like to gain your views in order to inform this.

Please take part in our survey by clinking here -  . There are seven questions to provide your feedback and the opportunity to add any additional comments. Whether you are/ have been a patient, are the family or friend of a patient or are a resident with an interest in your local hospital, we would like to hear from you.

The closing date is Friday 16 February.
