Do you live locally and want to be part of your local hospital’s Board?
If you are interested in the NHS and have recent financial experience, we would be delighted if you would consider joining the hospital’s Board of Directors to chair the Audit Committee. The role requires a commitment of a minimum of three days each month over the next three years.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to the healthcare of our local community and to help us shape the way that we use our financial resources. If you are passionate about the quality of care for patients, a strategic thinker and want to ensure our processes and systems are effective and deliver value for money, this could be the role for you.
Anna Davidson, Trust Chair said, “We are really proud of the work that our staff do to provide services for our patients, their carers and families, but there is always more that can be done. We want to keep on improving, embracing innovative working and providing services differently to meet the challenges of a growing population in tight financial times. I look forward to speaking to anyone with the financial experience who is interested in joining us.”
