Essential road resurfacing works will be taking place on our hospital site between 6.30am and 6.30pm on Sunday, 28 June (subject to weather conditions).
During these works access to the hospital site via the normal A47 junction won’t be available. Motorists will need to follow the signed diversion routes to reach the hospital. Access to site via Jenner Road and Brasenose Avenue entrances will remain unaffected.
The drop-off area outside the main entrance will still be accessible during the works however drivers will have to follow the southern diversion route via. Lowestoft Road, Beaufort Way & Jenner Road.
First Bus services will not be able to access the site all day on Sunday so passengers will need to board or alight at the bus stops on either Brasenose Avenue or Lowestoft Road. Passengers should plan to allow extra time for their journey and use designated footways and crossing points when walking to or from the bus stops.
There will also be some car park closures on site between 5pm today, Friday 26 June, and Sunday evening, 28 June.
The entrance to Car Park B will be closed from Friday at 5pm and the exit to Car Park B will be closed on Saturday morning at 8am until Sunday evening.
Car Park A entry will be closed from Saturday evening, 27 June, until Sunday evening.
Car park F, at the front of the hospital, will be open for public use over the weekend.
