The James Paget University Hospital, East Suffolk Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council would love to welcome you to our ‘Open Doors to the Community’ Spotlight on Health and Wellbeing event being held at the Parkhill Hotel in Oulton, Lowestoft, on Thursday 9 September.
Come along to this Covid safe event; browse the stalls and hear about the many and varied organisations that provide services, support, friendship and fun. With a focus on health and wellbeing for all, you can join in some of the free activity taster sessions, tai-chi, seated exercise, hand massage or have your blood pressure checked, with advice on keeping healthy. The NHS Covid van will be in attendance to offer advice and testing.
There is free parking on site and free refreshments will be served during both sessions which are 1pm - 3pm and 5pm - 7pm.
