As the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend approaches, some of our wards and departments have been getting in the spirit, with both our Children’s Ward, Ward 10, and our older peoples ward, Ward 12, putting up decorations to celebrate.
In both cases, staff have made fantastic efforts to brighten up the wards for patients who have to stay with us over the weekend, with colourful and creative displays involving everything from bunting to corgis!
And young patients on Ward 10 have helped with the decorating, assisting with the displays and making crowns, etc, during the week too.
