Remembrance Day service held

11 November 2022

Remembrance Day 2022 - A group of people, including our Chief Executive Jo Segasby, our Armed Forces Advocate Chris Blyth, our Chief Nurse Paul Morris, Deputy Chief Nurse Jacky Copping and Trust Chair Anna Davidson, and four members of Armed Service personnel in uniform stand in a line facing the camera. They are pictured in our chapel following the event.

Staff, patients and visitors gathered in our hospital Chapel earlier for our annual Remembrance Day service.

The service featured a number of readings from members of our team, the hymn ‘Let there be peace’ led by our hospital choir and prayers read by some of our chaplains.

A wreath was laid by our Chief Executive Jo Segasby and the service incorporated the national two minutes silence at 11am.

Our Armed Forces Advocate Chris Blyth was among those who took part, reading The Kohima Epitaph.
