Please can we remind you that, from this weekend, 22 and 23 October, our front desk will not formally be open on Saturdays and Sundays, as we return to the standard Monday to Friday opening times.
New hours were put in place at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in order to allow family and friends to drop off items to patients when visiting was restricted.
Now that visiting is back in place, via a booking system, items can be taken to the wards by visitors, and we have Family Liaison Officers available over the weekend from 8am to 8pm as a point of contact for families, patients and staff.
Please note our Family Liaison Officers should be contacted in advance if you are planning to drop off belongings over the weekend. Should you wish to drop off items at front reception for delivery to wards or if you need any other support around patient visiting please contact the Family Liaison team on 01493 452439.
