We’re starting work next week on a project which will see our hospital kitchen refurbished, modernising facilities to help our catering team continue providing great freshly-prepared food for our patients, staff and visitors.
The first phase of this work starts on Monday, 27 November - and, as a result, the seating area in Aubergine Restaurant will be closed to visitors.
However, the full range of hot and cold food, baguettes, snacks, teas and coffees will continue to be available for take-away from the restaurant’s servery, located on the hospital’s first floor.
Visitors can also purchase a range of food including sandwiches and snacks, and hot and cold drinks from M&S in the hospital foyer, where seating is available for customers.
