Visitors to James Paget Hospital will have access to further parking spaces at the site from 2 September 2024.
In addition to Car Park A at the front of the hospital, patients and visitors will also be able to use Car Park B, to the left of Car Park A when entering the hospital through its main entrance from the A47.
Staff working at the hospital now have access to 370 spaces created in a car park to the rear of the hospital, allowing Car Park B to be used for patients and visitors.
To improve safety when travelling and parking on site, fences will be installed to grass verges around the hospital site over the coming months, and enforcement notices will be issued to any vehicles parked in unauthorised locations on the perimeter road around the hospital.
