We would like to get your views.
Each year our hospital trust publishes a Quality Report – one of the documents which forms part of our Annual Report.
Within the report we set out our key quality priorities under three headings - Patient Safety (how we keep patient free from harm such as falls and pressure ulcers), Clinical Effectiveness (the standards of care we provide for our patients), and Patient Experience (what the process of receiving care feels like for patients, their family and carers).
As we start to prepare this report on what our key priorities for quality should be, we would like to gain your views and are encouraging you to complete our short survey.
Please scan the QR code on the poster or use this link; https://forms.office.com/e/JiwnWpQds8 to access our survey – or if you’d like a paper copy please contact Quality Report, Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS), James Paget University Hospital, Lowestoft Road, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA. If you complete a paper form this is also the address that it should be returned to when complete.
The closing date for submissions is Friday 16th February 2024. Thank you for taking part.
