A big thank you to Kevin Parker and his family and friends for raising more than £1000 for our Sandra Chapman Centre. Kevin’s wife Linda received treatment at the centre during a four-and-half-year battle against cancer, sadly passing away on 17 June this year.
In recognition of the care given to Linda, Kevin and his family requested donations in lieu of flowers, raising £1066.60 for the Sandra Chapman Centre with an additional sum going to Cancer Research UK.
Earlier this week, Kevin attended the James Paget to make the donation to Charity Manager Maxine Taylor and staff at the centre, where he expressed his sincere thanks to Dr Han, Tricia, Jeremy, Debbie and all the team involved in Linda’s care.
