A new support group for those with colorectal cancer is being set up at the James Paget.
The nurse-led support group, which is being set up by our hospital’s Colorectal team, will meet for the first time on Thursday, 23 May, and if you have a colorectal cancer diagnosis you are invited to attend. The group will give you the opportunity to talk to our specialist nurses, our Macmillan Cancer Care Navigators and others, and get information and advice.
The meeting will regularly be held on the fourth Thursday of the month in the Louise Hamilton Centre on our hospital site – with the group meeting from 2pm to 3pm on Thursday 23 May and Thursday 27 June to start with, and dates continuing through the year.
