Improving How We Listen

28 October 2024

James Paget Hospital is asking its patients and the communities how it can improve the way it engages and involves local people when it changes services, or develops new ways of working.

The hospital has created a survey to gather feedback, which will be used to develop Engagement Principles – a set of guidelines the James Paget uses when it is planning changes to ensure we involve and listen to our patients.

The outcomes of the survey will help us understand what is important to different people in our community, and the methods the hospital uses to engage with people locally, to make sure everyone has a voice and a chance to take part.

You can access the survey here: https://forms.office.com/e/fuQ6mFeMiJ The survey runs to 5pm on on Friday 13th December.

The survey is available in a range of different languages, including Polish, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Romanian and Slovak (Polski, Português, Lietuvių, Română and Slovenčina).

An Easy Read version for people with learning disabilities, is also available either by clicking the image below, or at this link: https://forms.office.com/e/dtNfR00dAG
