Medical staffing

The Medical Staffing team are responsible for providing an operational HR service to all medical and dental staff working for the Trust.    

The team provides a consultancy service relating to the terms and conditions of employment, rota compliance, performance management and all leave arrangements (with the exception of study leave which is co-ordinated by the Post Graduate Medical Education department).  The team provides temporary working solutions, co-ordinating locum bookings as necessary.  For any queries regarding locum cover arrangements please contact the dedicated locum telephone number on 01493 452676.  

The Medical Staffing team is also responsible for the recruitment of all medical and dental employees and aim to offer a smooth transition into the workplace, providing support with hospital visits, immigration and induction.
