If you’re looking for move from the city to the country then the James Paget could provide you with the ideal opportunity. In close proximity to sandy beaches and the Norfolk & Suffolk Broads, which provide a host of leisure options and attractions, the hospital is situated on the main A47 between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.

Town, village or out-in the-country living are all possible within a relatively easy drive, and the city of Norwich is accessible for great shopping, dining and nights out too.

We are always looking for enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurses who want to participate and contribute to achieving excellent standards of quality care for our patients. We have a range of opportunities available across the Trust and for some posts you will be required to be flexible and available for unsocial hours and night shifts. The James Paget works closely with the Unversity of East Anglia and the University of Suffolk on the recruitment and training of those new to nursing. For more details about the degree courses available please click on the links and search ‘nursing’ for the courses available.

Further opportunities

If you are interested in helping care for patients at our hospital you could explore heatlh care assistant (HCA) or assistant practioner (AP) roles. We also offer opportunities to progress into nursing for HCAs and APs.
