Annual Members' Meeting - presentation of the Annual Report
The Trust usually holds its Annual Members' Meeting/Annual General Meeting in September each year.
The meeting gives you the chance to hear about the work we have done over the previous year, and find out more information about our Annual Report, Quality Report and Accounts - the report runs to the end of March (financial year).
We also talk about our plans for the future to improve the quality of services offered to patients.
Our 2025 Annual Member’s Meeting / Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 9 September at 6pm in the Lecture Theatre of the Burrage Centre, at the back of our hospital site.

Before the AGM we often hold an exhibition - which is open to all - that showcases work at the hospital. This celebrates some of the developments and improvements for both patients and staff that have taken place over the last year, and features a range of stalls, information and activities, hosted by staff and teams at the hospital.
