The Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) have provided information and guidance on the need to identify and make reasonable adjustments around a child’s education, health and emotional needs.
They have provided the following as part of their local SEND offer for each county, for guidance:

A young person does not need a diagnosis to get help in school.
Schools must comply with the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) code of practice (January 2015) and follow the guidance and processes described. Information around the important of reasonable adjustments being made are provided to our families awaiting assessment.
SENDIASS is an independent agency who can help support you with Educational Healthcare Plan (EHCP) applications, the EHCP process and appeals.
