Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Team

The Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Team assess and treat adults and children with pelvic floor dysfunction. This includes urinary, bowel, prolapse, and pelvic pain problems.

The team provides support for women and birthing people delivering at the James Paget University Hospital.

They also support patients undergoing major gynaecological surgery, by providing recovery advice and exercises, to aid safe discharge from the hospital.

Perinatal pelvic health service feedback form: have your say

The Norfolk & Waveney Perinatal Pelvic Health Service are working to improve the pelvic health care that you receive from the NHS during and after pregnancy.

If you have received care from the perinatal pelvic health team - either in an information session, exercise class, or a 1:1 appointment - we invite you to complete a survey about your experiences and provide us with feedback and suggestions for improvement. The results of this survey will be used by your local service to understand what they are doing right and how they can improve. The information will be seen by the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service team and will only be shared with others in a way that would not identify you.
