Great Yarmouth and Waveney Place Update - Winter Resilience
James Paget Hospital is part of Great Yarmouth and Waveney 'Place', which connects partners in health and social care and enables collaborative planning, design and delivery of seamless services, to support residents to take control and live healthy, independent lives.
Great Yarmouth and Waveney Place will support the delivery of the Norfolk and Waveney Seasonal Plan, and will continue to work in collaboration to support resilience across health and social care services, and in our communities this winter.
