Health and Social Care Careers Discovery event

The Health and Social Care Careers Discovery event due to be held in Great Yarmouth on Tuesday 11 November has now been rescheduled to a new date – Saturday 22 November 10am to 12noon - and a new venue – The Burrage Centre at the James Paget.

Those who had previously booked to attend the event should have received an update regarding the new day, time and venue, but if you were planning on coming along please note that this will now be held in Gorleston, at the Burrage Centre, at the back of our hospital site, on the morning of Saturday 22 November, rather than in the evening on Tuesday 11 in Great Yarmouth.

Parents, carers and students are all welcome to attend the event to find out more about career opportunities in health and care in the county. You’ll be able to talk to professionals who currently work in health and care as well as finding out more about career pathways including things such as apprenticeships and work experience.
