Join us, Pumping Marvellous and East Coast Community Healthcare at a heart health event at Market Gates shopping centre in Great Yarmouth on Thursday 19 March, 10am to 3pm.
The James Paget and other local health agencies have teamed up with Pumping Marvellous, the national heart failure charity, and other organisations, to offer heart health advice and screening, which aims to identify and help potential undiagnosed heart failure and atrial fibrillation patients.
On the day there will be a number of health professionals available to help with screening, and things such as a blood pressure check and ‘quick look’ ECG will be offered.
The Pumping Marvellous Foundation is the UK’s patient led heart failure charity. It was founded by a heart failure patient and offers support to patients and carers, along with events to detect those who are undiagnosed.
