If your baby has been admitted to our Neonatal Unit you may soon be asked to take part in NHS England’s National Neonatal Care Experience Survey.
The survey helps the NHS monitor what’s working well and how neonatal care services could be improved, both locally and nationally.
Your feedback will help shape NHS neonatal care for others in the future.
Eligible parents or guardians of babies who use our Neonatal Unit in June, July or August 2025 will be contacted to take part in the survey, but taking part is voluntary. All answers are confidential.
If you are invited to take part you may be contacted by letter or text message with more details of how to take part.
If you do not want to take part you can opt out by contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service at the James Paget by emailing PALS@jpaget.nhs.uk or calling 01493 453240. You can also contact our team via this email or telephone number if you have any questions about the survey.
