The Charnwood Suite is a ward with eight single en-suite rooms, which are utilised for private patient admissions.
We have a small, professional team of nurses and healthcare assistants who strive to provide the highest standards of care throughout your stay.
Our experienced and local consultants cover a wide range of specialties including:
- General Surgery
- Ear, Nose and Throat
- Ophthalmology
- Gastroenterology
The private patient co-ordinators can assist you with your admission, making a claim via your private health insurance if necessary, and the Trust also offers a range of self-funding package prices to patients who would prefer to pay for their own treatment. Private patients are entirely cared for by their consultant surgeon and anaesthetist with the reassurance and support of an NHS hospital offering diagnostic facilities, modern operating theatres and access to on-site intensive care or high dependency beds when required.
