Stop smoking services

You are more likely to have a healthier pregnancy and baby if you do not smoke.

In addition to the health benefits, including better breathing and saving your child from the effects, it’s estimated that on average people who quit smoking save around £250 a month.

If you would like to stop smoking for your health and the health of your baby then our team can provide support and advice.

Smokefree Norfolk and Feel Good Suffolk both have resources and support available.

Please see below for more information. If you would like to take advantage of these services please speak with a member of our maternity team.
